Cheryl brings 20+ years of extensive executive leadership experience in client-focused positions with high-profile businesses in Canada. She is responsible for the holistic Canadian operation, which includes accelerating growth in Optiv’s presence across Canada and deepening its local cybersecurity capabilities to meet the specific needs of Canadian-based organizations.
Cheryl and her team lead Optiv globally in terms of growth trajectory and market expansion. Additionally, she recently oversaw a Canadian acquisition, doubling the size of the Canadian organization.
Prior to joining Optiv, McGrath led the enterprise division in Canada for Dell (formerly EMC/RSA). She was previously a senior vice president at Canada Post where she had P&L responsibility for a $3 billion line of business, which included responsibility for architecting e-business service offerings. Prior to that, McGrath was vice president of sales and client operations for Xerox Global Services in Canada, which included management of the 1,200-person delivery arm of the company’s outsourcing division.
