Rob Cecil is the President and Chief Development Officer at Alair Homes.
After honing several years of experience as a business growth expert, Rob joined Alair Homes in 2013 to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Alair organization as well as the management of the senior leadership team.
In addition to leading expansive sales organizations for global technology corporations, Rob has founded several companies and guided their growth to market leader positions. As an advisor, trainer, and coach, Rob has dedicated much of his career to growth phase companies, offering consulting services to companies in a diverse array of industries in over a dozen countries. He has worked alongside prominent business experts, including Chet Holmes and Tony Robbins, among others.
Rob is married with two kids, is an accomplished musician, and enjoys volunteering his time toward youth sports and music programs.
